Beamup.ai is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join us!
The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes. This individual will bring a unique blend of financial acumen and operational expertise, supporting cross-departmental planning and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Key focuses:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Lead cross-departmental quarterly team planning and oversee ongoing reporting to management of goals progress and KPI’s.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Support the Company CEO with strategic planning and initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations management or an equivalent role in a startup company.
- Big advantage: experience in a financial oriented or analytic role.
- Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in operational tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
