Beamup.ai is looking for a Technical Delivery Support Manager

Our unique, highly motivated, interdisciplinary team is looking for a technically capable person, to be a part of the annotation team and lead technical processes for a full-time position in our dynamic office in Tel Aviv, working in our Customer Delivery Team. If you are a self starter with passion for technology and drive and a desire to grow up in the tech world, your place is with us!

What will you do?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to and manage support tickets from users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes with the Product Data & R&D functions to ensure the technical needs of Customer Delivery are met to deliver at scale and pace for our clients.
  • Be a part of the annotation process and digitalization facilities for our clients
  • Be responsible for variable tasks needed for the client's delivery
  • Manage daily tasks on internal CRMS and deliver on short deadlines and SLAs
  • Providing ongoing technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate customer-facing projects with cross-functional internal teams.


To be great at your job, you’ll need to have

  • 1-2 years proven experience in a technical support or similar role, ideally with SaaS products or integrated tools
  • The ability to focus on the details while constantly looking at the bigger picture. You should be a creative thinker and a great problem solver.
  • Strong technical aptitude, experience with SQL and development environment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be a proactive problem-solver
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple projects and align on goals and deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can-do approach - A proactive approach to solving problems, and ongoing technical issues and leading new development projects

Crucial Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Strong desire and aptitude to learn new programming skills
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic, intense high-tech environment
  • Excellent English

Bonus

  • Revit, AutoCAD, knowledge
  • Architectural software scripts, Grasshopper, Dynamo
