We partner with corporations and property owners to install Beehomes, promoting biodiversity and environmental stewardship.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in beehive placement sales to join our team. This role will focus on selling Beehome placements to large corporations and corporate properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, extensive sales experience, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential corporate clients and property developers who would benefit from Beehome placements.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of Beewise’s solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted organizations.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and account management teams to ensure alignment and support for client needs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of Beehomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a specific focus on beehive placement or similar environmental sustainability solutions.
  • Sales Expertise:
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
    • Excellent negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
    • Experience using sales CRM software for managing sales pipelines
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of beekeeping, sustainability practices, and the corporate responsibility landscape
  • Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in environmental sustainability and beekeeping.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
