R&D Product Lead

Who are we?

ElectReon has developed wireless charging for electric trucks, buses, passenger vehicles, and van fleets in any mode: parked, slow-moving, and at high speeds. This enables fleet owners to transition to electric mobility sustainably and efficiently, while reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO). ElectReon's invisible wireless charging solution is adaptable to any environment and can transform any location, including public roads, into charging assets.

What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Lead with extensive experience in R&D activities to oversee our project and collaborate with our partners. As a Technical Product Lead, you will lead the team of engineers involved in the project, including system engineering and production. You will take a proactive role in defining technical strategies and will be deeply involved in major architectural and strategic decisions regarding the growth and evolution of our teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all R&D aspects of the project from the initial stage to delivery.
  • Overseeing the product development process.
  • Defining system architecture.
  • Participating in managing the R&D's Gantt chart and budget.
  • Assisting in implementing our vision of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with R&D and production teams, as well as supply chain teams. Additionally, working with subsidiary companies abroad in the US, Germany, Sweden, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a technical project manager/leader in a multidisciplinary company, particularly in electronics.
  • Experience with various complex system designs.
  • Proficiency in leading system integration.
  • Understanding of technical system requirements.
  • Experience in managing project schedules.
  • Proficiency in English at a very high level.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (an advantage).
  • Background in the automotive industry or vehicle charging systems (a significant advantage).
