We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic marketing and business development team.

What will you do?

  • Find and qualify leads through research, social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Articulate Electreon's value proposition to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Utilize CRM software (Hubspot or similar) to manage leads and track KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be a process owner, and play a key role in identifying and qualifying a variety of lead types, initiating contact with potential clients and partners, and generating opportunities for the wider business development team. This is a crucial position that contributes to the overall growth and success of the company.


  • 3+ years proven SDR experience (MUST)
  • Excellent English written communication (MUST)
  • Proficiency with CRM software (MUST)
  • Goal-oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated.
  • SaaS/transportation service sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Have a keen understanding of industry trends, new platforms, and best practices, naturally curious about AI, and its impact on the industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
