Job Description:

• Remotely control and monitor company sites through cloud-based software.
• Provide remote training and customer support.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical problems within the charging system.
• Monitor and upgrade the company's system control methods.

Qualifications:

• Second or third-year student in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to read electronic schematics.
• Customer-facing work capability.
• Data analysis skills.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends.
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop.
• Good level of technical English – must.

Advantages:

• HO experience with Electromechanical systems.
• Previous experience in monitoring and control/technical support positions.

מה תעשה בתפקידך?

• שליטה וניטור מרחוק של אתרי החברה באמצעות תוכנה מבוססת ענן.
• מתן הדרכה ותמיכה ללקוחות מרחוק.
• פתרון בעיות תפעוליות וטכניות במערכת הטעינה.
• ניטור ושדרוג שיטות השליטה של מערכות החברה.

דרישות:

• סטודנט שנה שנייה או שלישית להנדסת אלקטרוניקה / חשמל.
• יכולת לקרוא שרטוטים אלקטרוניים.
• יכולת עבודה מול לקוחות.
• מיומנויות ניתוח נתונים.
• נכונות לעבוד בשעות לא שגרתיות, כולל סופי שבוע.
• יכולת ורצון ללמוד ולהתפתח.
• אנגלית טכנית ברמה טובה – חובה.

יתרונות:

• ניסיון מעשי עם מערכות אלקטרומכניות.
• ניסיון קודם במשרות של ניטור ובקרה / תמיכה טכנית.
