Job Description:

• Remotely control and monitor company sites through cloud-based software.
• Provide remote training and customer support.
• Troubleshoot operational and electronic problems within the charging system.
• Monitor and upgrade the company's system control methods.
• Analyze data on the functionality of Electreon’s systems.

Requirements:

• Practical Engineering degree in Software, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a tier 1 technical support role.
• Ability to read electronic schematics.
• Previous experience in monitoring and control/technical support roles.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and drawing schematic conclusions.
• A problem-solving mindset.
• High-level proficiency in English.
