Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer to join our innovative startup within a startup. As our first mobile developer, you will have the unique opportunity to build our flagship mobile application from the ground up, handling the entire development process from end-to-end. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with our backend and product teams to deliver a robust and user-friendly app for both Android and iOS platforms.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain a high-quality mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms using React Native
• Handle end-to-end development of the mobile application, including architecture design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Manage app versions and ensure smooth updates and maintenance.
• Publish and update the application in Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Tackle edge cases and ensure high performance and responsiveness of the app.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to define app features and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in mobile development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing mobile applications from end-to-end, not just features.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms using React Native and TypeScript.
• Experience with version control and app store publishing processes.
• Solid experience with mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and backend integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle edge cases effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• A portfolio of previous mobile applications developed.
• Experience in startups or agile development environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
