About the Role:

We’re seeking a talented Data Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit to establish the data domain at Electreon. If you're self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of initiatives, this role is for you.

What Will You Do?

• Translate business and product requirements into data specifications, working closely with engineering to define and model the data schema.
• Collaborate with product and software teams to turn business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Develop and maintain internal reports and dashboards using BI tools, ensuring they meet both customer and product improvement objectives.
• Enrich our data repository with external sources like weather, geo-informatics, and traffic data to enhance analysis.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and offer recommendations that directly influence product performance.
• Identify data gaps and work with the software team to ensure all necessary data is collected and structured effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years as a Data Analyst with proven hands-on experience analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL; knowledge of cutting-edge BI technologies is essential.
• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
• Ability to ask the right technical questions to extract valuable insights and create queries/reports that address key business needs.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally, particularly with product and software teams, ensuring data solutions align with business goals.
• Experience in the IoT or mobility sectors is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to present findings and influence decision-making.
