What You Will Do?

The PMO Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring project alignment and efficiency by collecting and synthesizing data from various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. This role involves tracking project progress, identifying issues, and raising flags to keep projects on track and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and consolidate project data from multiple stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and clients.
    • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and potential issues.
    • Gantt maintenance.
  2. Synchronization and Coordination:
    • Ensure consistent communication between project teams and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with various departments to align project goals, resources, and timelines.
    • Facilitate regular status meetings and updates to ensure all parties are informed.
  3. Issue Identification and Flagging:
    • Monitor project performance and milestones to detect deviations from the plan.
    • Raise flags and escalate issues as needed to appropriate parties to address and resolve potential risks.
  4. Reporting:
    • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, including progress, risks, and action items.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
  5. Documentation and Process Improvement:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the PMO.
  6. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders and team members.
    • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a PMO, PMO coordination, or a similar role in a multidisciplinary company.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Monday, Priority).
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and assemble it into a Gantt.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
