Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Construction or water systems. With extensive experience in managing projects related to these disciplines, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful implementation of projects within these areas. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for water metering equipment deployment, from project initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and constraints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting, to facilitate successful project execution.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation technicians, suppliers, and customers, to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage external partners and vendors, including performance tracking, and relationship management, to support project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, and manage changes in scope or requirements effectively.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report project status, key milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate effective communication, and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches, customer deployments, and post-sales support.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Industrial, Water, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in Construction.
• Proven experience in managing delivery projects, a combination of SW & HW projects is preferred.
• Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent training and presentation capabilities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within the specified disciplines, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project-related challenges.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations is a plus.
